The Re-emergence of Hate Crimes When Political Incorrectness has Gone Amok

These senseless deaths can be attributed to the recent rise in racism and bigotry. On Saturday, May 20, 2017, a University of Maryland student, Richard Collins III, was stabbed to death because of the color of his skin.
